We run 8 week challenges continuously throughout the year, we believe that having like minded people around you as support is the key to success & the history of our challenges prove just that.

Our challenges cater for all fitness levels & ages. We have different packages to suit all budgets & we also have different time slots to suit everyone's schedules.
