CANCELLATION/ SUSPEND POLICY

 

Suspend membership

 

We have no locked in contracts, exit fees & do not charge to suspend any of our memberships.

 

To suspend your membership (2 week minimum - 3 month maximum) email us at info@htfuadelaide.com and tell us the exact date you would like to start and finish your suspension

 

Email must be sent at least 14 days before your suspension start date.

 

Your HTFU Fitness membership will remain active until we receive the email at least 14 days prior to suspension date

 

If the suspension lifts and debits have resumed a second email will then be needed to complete a new suspension.

 

You must contact us immediately if you have not heard from us with-in 48 hours of submitting your email

 

Cancel membership

 

We offer no locked in contracts or exit fees & we do not charge any fees to suspend membership.

 

To cancel your membership, we require a minimum of 14 days’ notice.

 

To cancel your membership email us at info@htfuadelaide.com and tell us the exact date you would like to cancel.

 

Your HTFU Fitness membership will remain active until we receive your email.

 

The decision to cancel your membership and then re-join will incur sign-up fees again.
